About our Product Team
Youβll be joining our dynamic, international Product Team, a tight-knit group of innovators including 2 Product Owners, a Data Analyst, a Solution Architect, and an ambitious team of Software Engineers.
As our UX/UI Designer, you'll play a central role in turning complex problems into intuitive, beautiful solutions. Youβll collaborate closely with the team and report directly to our Head of Product.

What you will do
You will be our UX/UI designer to champion the user experience and user interface of our products. Both improving what we have and shaping the next big thing is part of this role. You work closely with our product owners, but even more importantly, with our end-users. We want to bring more value to our users, we want our products to be the best they can be, and we need you to get us there.
What will you do:
You are actively involved in all product development phases, from discovery through delivery and beyond
You interact regularly with our users by visiting them, monitoring their behavior, and interviewing them
You run usability testing and A/B testing to validate concepts and iterate based on evidence
You translate captured insights, both qualitative and quantitative, into design choices
You create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and iterate on design concepts
You implement AI into your workflows to be as effective as you can be
You work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and product owners, to ensure the successful implementation of designs

You can own the full UX/UI lifecycle
You have 4+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer
You are experienced in designing apps and web apps
You have a proven track record of product design.
Include a portfolio of shipped products in the application
You are experienced in the Figma suite
You can set up, maintain, and grow our design system in Figma
You have outstanding communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus
Having experience with Framer is a plus
