As we expand our commercial activities in the U.S., we’re looking for an entrepreneurial and resilient Regional Commercial Director to lead growth efforts in the following states: TX (main focus), OK, AR, LA, MS, AL, FL. This role is perfect for someone eager to dive into a complex sales environment, tackle challenges with creativity, and develop relationships in the dynamic healthcare landscape.

Your Role

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow Incision’s presence in your territory.

  • Network, prospect, and close contracts with local hospitals and hospital systems.

  • Own and deliver sales targets through volume and velocity strategies as well as creative solutions.

  • Partner with the broader U.S. sales team, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.

  • Represent Incision at key industry events and customer meetings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare, medtech, or adjacent fields.

  • Proven ability to network and build relationships across organizations, with a creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • A natural inclination to thrive in a scale-up environment, self-driven and eager to make an impact.

  • Resilience, grit, and determination to succeed in an environment with complex sales cycles.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with international, cross-functional teams.

  • Results-driven mindset with analytical skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

  • Existing network in U.S. hospitals, especially in Texas.

  • Experience navigating hospital systems and understanding procurement processes.
