For the expansion of our commercial activities, we are looking for a seasoned Account Manager to support our international growth amongst (academic and teaching) hospitals and nursing colleges. This sales position involves prospecting, supported by a digitized funnel process, and developing and closing contracts in the GCC. You will be a member of a growing international commercial team.

Your role

  • The role requires an entrepreneurial, ‘can do’, and ‘hands-on’ mentality. You will be developing and growing with us!

  • You will lead Incision’s sales efforts and ‘go-to-market’ in your territory

  • You will set, own, and deliver sales by making volume and velocity targets

  • You will contribute to and develop expansion plans for existing customers

  • You will be based in Cairo, Egypt, and travel up to 50% to MEA counties.

Job requirements

What you will bring & learn

  • 5-10 years of sales experience in the hospital/operating theater sector, ideally acquired at a medical device company located in the GCC region

  • Demonstrated successful sales track record in a multinational corporation

  • Regional experience in GCC is a must and other regions are a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team-oriented mindset, and ability to collaborate effectively with an international team including Marketing, Product, Medical, Customer Success, Sales, and Customer Support

  • Results-driven with strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in working with CRM systems

  • Well-suited for a dynamic scale-up environment and a valued member of our team

  • Business fluent in English

  • You will learn and develop rapidly in an inspiring, highly energetic team of healthcare entrepreneurs and medical/surgical professionals
