We are seeking a detail-oriented and eager Bookkeeping & Accounting Support professional to assist with financial record-keeping, payroll processing and financial reporting. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial management, maintaining internal controls, and providing insights to optimize revenue and expenses.

What you’ll do

• Transaction Recording: Accurately record financial transactions and maintain up-to-date ledgers.

• Chart of Accounts Management: Ensure proper categorization and maintenance of the chart of accounts.

• Invoicing & Payments: Generate, send, and record invoices while tracking and processing payments.

• Payroll Processing & Review: Manage payroll processing, ensure compliance, and verify accuracy.

• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies.

• Tax Returns: Assist in preparing and filing tax returns in compliance with regulations.

• Financial Statements: Produce financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

• Revenue & Expense Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue-enhancing strategies.

• Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal financial controls to ensure data accuracy and prevent fraud.

• Financial Advisory: Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and strategic decision-making.

• You have proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting support.

• You have proficiency in accounting software (Exact is a plus).

• You have a strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting processes—or are eager to learn.

• You have the ability to analyze financial data and generate insightful reports.

• You have high attention to detail and accuracy.

• You have strong organizational and time management skills.

• You have excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• You are fluent in English.

• You are available for two days per week
