We are currently expanding our Content team with an E-learning Developer. This is an exciting and dynamic role for a fresh graduate or junior where you will be responsible for creating high quality e-learning modules together with our subject matter experts. Incision’s Academy product currently contains more than 600 e-learning modules. Your knowledge and skills will contribute directly to interactive modules which serve surgical professionals worldwide!
What you’ll do
Work together with our video editors, animators and subject matter experts to create and improve high quality e-learning modules
Design new or improve existing interactions that can be added to our course framework in our authorizing tool (Articulate 360).
Build knowledge of our authorizing tool (Articulate 360) to create more complex and meaningful interactions.
Contribute to sprint goals and deliverables of the content team by creating content yourself and reviewing others work.
Create graphics for the e-learning modules when needed.
Job requirements
Are you the one? 💪
You are experienced in using Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise
You have an understanding of core learning design and learning development principles
You are genuinely interested in learning, learning design and e-learning
You have a creative mind to develop first class e-learning solutions
You are detail-oriented with a passion for precision and delivering quality
You have an understanding of graphic design fundamentals
You love a challenge and thrive in a real tech scale-up environment where we want to make big impact and quick alignments are needed
You are a strong communicator and have outstanding English verbal and written communication skills; ideally also in Dutch
Experience in creating e-learning modules for medical professionals would be a plus
