We are seeking an experienced Head of People to support our growth, strengthen our culture, and optimise our people processes. In this strategic, yet hands-on role, you will lead the professionalisation of our internal organisation and manage all aspects of international People, Operations, and Office activities.
We are a dynamic team of 80 employees spread across our Amsterdam HQ, our MEA office in Cairo, and our Sales and Customer Success teams in the US and UK. As we scale from a start-up to a global scale-up, this role will be central to driving our international growth and ensure that our people processes evolve to meet the demands of a rapidly expanding organisation.

We are looking for someone who can be a strategic business partner to our leadership team, offering insights and guidance on people-related matters, while also being someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting involved in execution and operations to ensure smooth day-to-day people processes.

Culture and Organizational Growth:

Take ownership of all people-related processes, ensuring they align with our mission and business goals, and provide a consistent employee experience across all regions as we grow from a start-up to a global scale-up.Strategic Advisor:
Serve as a trusted sounding board for the Management Team, offering objective advice and diving into special projects as needed to align the organization’s people strategy with business goals.HR Operations:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth execution of HR operations across multiple locations.Onboarding & Offboarding:
Define and implement structured HR processes for onboarding and offboarding employees in all regions, ensuring a positive experience for all staff members, regardless of location.Performance Management:
Lead the design and implementation of performance review processes that support continuous growth and development across diverse teams and locations.Talent Development:
Develop and execute a Talent Learning & Development strategy that nurtures employee growth and skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development across a distributed, international team.Recruitment & Employer Branding:
Drive recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract top talent across our regions. Collaborate with Marketing to maintain a strong employer brand that resonates with prospective hires globally and highlights our values of diversity and impact.Office Management:
Directly manage the Office Manager and ensure a smooth, supportive office environment for our team in Amsterdam while also offering support to other regions as needed.

Are You the One?
We are looking for someone who:
Has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a Head of People or HR Business Partner role.
Has a background in fast-growing scale-up environments and understands the challenges and pace of scaling operations across multiple locations.
Is proficient in English (Dutch is a plus) and has knowledge of Dutch labor law.
Is comfortable with HR software and embraces new tools to streamline processes, particularly in a distributed team environment.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, changing environment where structures and procedures evolve, and is excited by the challenges of scaling a start-up globally.
Is precise, proactive, and service-minded, always striving for excellence and employee satisfaction, no matter where the team is located.
