Incision is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our growing organization. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring financial efficiency, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving global expansion efforts. This position reports directly to the CFO and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and innovative company.

What you will do

  1. Financial Accounting:

  • Oversee the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records, including general ledger accounts, journal entries, and reconciliations.

  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards 

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and ensure all financial records are up-to-date.

  • VAT reporting and tax filings

  • Monitor and ensure proper accounting for fixed assets, depreciation, and amortization.

  • Develop and maintain robust accounting policies and procedures to support scalability.

  • Annual accounts preparation and submissions

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Develop, monitor, and update annual budgets and forecasts aligned with Incision’s global scaling objectives.

  • Provide in-depth financial analysis and actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

  • Prepare variance analysis comparing actual performance to budgets and forecasts, with a focus on global operations.

  1. Financial Reporting:

  • Ensure the timely preparation and presentation of accurate financial statements.

  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the CFO, management, and stakeholders.

  • Oversee and enhance internal financial reporting systems and processes.

  1. Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations and standards across Incision’s global operations.

  • Coordinate external and internal audits, addressing findings effectively.

  • Maintain and improve internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.

  1. Cash Flow and Treasury Management:

  • Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure operational liquidity during global scaling efforts.

  • Optimize working capital and monitor investment strategies.

  • Manage daily relationships with banks and financial institutions across multiple regions.

  1. Team development

    • Grow and develop the finance team as the company scales, ensuring the team is equipped to handle increased responsibilities and complexity.

  2. Strategic Input:

  • Support the development and execution of long-term financial strategies for scaling operations.

  • Provide insights on financial trends, market conditions, and international considerations to the CFO and senior leadership team.

  • Evaluate and recommend cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements with a global perspective.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are highly desirable.

  • Proven experience (8-10 years) in financial management, ideally within an international company and during start-up/scale-up phases.

  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and international regulations.

  • Experience working with Exact Online software is a strong advantage.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong communication skills, in English, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and regions.

  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
