As we expand our commercial activities in the U.S., we’re looking for an entrepreneurial and resilient Executive Level Sales Champion to lead growth efforts in Texas. This role is for someone eager to dive into a complex sales environment, tackle challenges with creativity, and develop relationships in the enterprise sales healthcare landscape.

Your Role

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to grow Incision’s presence in your territory

  • Network, prospect, and actively close contracts with local hospitals and hospital systems

  • Own and deliver sales targets through volume and velocity strategies as well as helping to develop and evolve Incision’s creative sales tactics and solutions

  • Partner with the broader U.S. sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success

  • Represent Incision at key industry events, conferences, societies, regional seminars, and customer meetings

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, selling software (Saas) with medtech into hospitals Proven and referenceable track record of growing YoY revenue in a start-up and scale-up environment

  • Proven ability to network and build relationships across organizations, with a creative and proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Experience working and thriving  in a scale-up environment, self-driven and eager to make an impact

  • Demonstrated ability to build and grow within a new business region/franchise

  • Resilience, grit, and determination to succeed in an environment with complex sales cycles

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with international, cross-functional teams

  • Results-driven mindset with analytical skills and familiarity with CRM systems

  • Strong and referenceable existing network in U.S. hospitals, especially in Texas

  • Experience navigating hospital systems and understanding procurement processes
