At Incision, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team, focusing on the implementation and use of our healthcare solution. In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in onboarding new clients to our operating room support application, ensuring a smooth transition to a new way of working and optimal use by the hospital staff.

Your responsibilities extend from initial engagement through the successful delivery and continued relationship management. Your goal is to ensure that our solution is not only adopted but also maximally beneficial within the complex ecosystem of hospital settings. This will require a deep understanding of the diverse needs across various hospital disciplines and the ability to tailor our solution accordingly.

Job requirements

Are you the one?

  • You understand the perioperative environment because you either have worked as a surgical assistant, surgical technologist, registered nurse or other licensed professional or you have experience with the environment (e.g. as a consultant)

  • You are enthusiastic about change management and you get excited about innovation in healthcare

  • You have at least 5 years of working experience as a project manager in the healthcare setting

  • You are well-organized and can work independently

  • You love a challenge and you want to work in a new dynamic environment

  • You are self-motivated and see opportunities in how surgical education can be improved

  • You have a creative mind, are flexible and willing to learn new skills

  • You are detail-oriented with a passion for precision and delivering quality

  • You are a strong communicator and have outstanding English verbal and written communication skills

  • You are based in the San Fransisco Bay area, open to a combination of remote working from home and working onsite at hospital customers.
