To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Customer Implementation Specialist with a background as a Circulator/Scrub Nurse, based in US.
As a Customer Implementation Specialist, you will be the link between our customers and the implementation of our surgical solutions. Thanks to your experience as a Circulator/Scrub Nurse, you understand the needs of medical staff and can perfectly tailor our products and services to their requirements. You will lead the implementation of our technologies and systems in hospitals and operating rooms, working closely with Customer Success and hospital teams. Your role includes ensuring the accuracy and quality of data entered into the app, leveraging your expertise to add value where needed. Additionally, you will facilitate alignment with hospital staff, contribute to the continuous improvement of our Incision Assist app, and train key users on how to make changes and enhance the information already added by our team.
Your role:
- Implement and guide the rollout of Incision's solutions in operating rooms.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and translate them into practical applications in our products, particularly the **Incision Assist app**.
- Provide training and support to surgical personnel, surgeons, and other medical staff in using our technology.
- Create medical content and review protocols for the app, ensuring they meet customer requirements.
- Set up large projects and oversee organization and completion on agreed timelines.
- Continuously work on improving customer satisfaction and implementation processes.
- Travel to various locations worldwide for installations, training, and support.
- Collaborate with other departments within Incision to further develop the app and our products.

Job requirements

You have at least 5 years of experience as a Surgical Circulator/Scrub Nurse.
You have fluency in English, both spoken and written.
You have a tech-savvy mindset and are comfortable with computers and software, fluent in Google and Microsoft Programs.
You have a strong customer-oriented mindset, teamwork skills, and problem-solving abilities.
You have a passion for understanding customer needs and can translate them into practical applications in our products.
You have the ability to work independently and manage processes efficiently to meet deadlines.
You have the willingness to travel internationally for work.
