Job description

As an AI Implementation & Training Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing our content creation processes through the use of AI tools. As part of a dynamic content team, your primary focus will be on optimizing productivity and expanding content output. You will explore and implement AI-driven solutions streamlining content development to enable rapid responses to client and user requests. Your expertise will help us scale efficiently while maintaining the high standards our audience expects.

What you’ll do

  • Identify, evaluate, and integrate AI-driven solutions to enhance content creation workflows.

  • Provide hands-on training and guidance to ensure effective adoption and utilization of AI tools within the content creation team.

  • Design and refine AI-based templates to streamline content production and improve efficiency.

  • Continuously assess and enhance the role of AI in content creation, ensuring maximum productivity and quality.

Job requirements

What we are looking for

  • You have a Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field;

  • You have at least 1+ years of experience in working with Artificial Intelligence technologies;

  • You have experience in prompt engineering for the most commonly used Artificial Intelligence tools;

  • You are enthusiastic about AI advancements and eager to explore new opportunities in the field;

  • You have a self-starter mentality, hands-on, and capable of independently driving projects forward;

  • You are focused on overcoming challenges and delivering results;

  • You have a high attention to detail;

  • You live in or close to Amsterdam and are able to come to the office at least 3 days a week;

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
