Junior People and Office Partner

Job description

To support the growth of our organisation we are looking for a dynamic and organized People and Office Partner. You will work closely with our Head of People and business operations team to ensure a great employee experience and office environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior that would love to grow professionally and personally as we grow as an organisation!

We have recently launched a workflow support product for the OR, continuing the rollout of new functionalities on our platform. We are the leading go-to platform for and used by thousands of medical professionals worldwide

What will you do?

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle administration from hiring to onboarding, absence management and off boarding

  • Responsible for the quality of our employee data, files, tools and systems

  • Create employee documents (contracts, employer’s statements, salary letters, etc)

  • Maintain our People Handbook and update policies and processes

  • Ownership of our office environment and atmosphere, from liaising with vendors for furniture and office facilities, making sure the stationary cupboard and fridge is stocked, and working with our culture committee to arrange awesome internal business and social events.

  • As you grow in the role you will also have the opportunity to learn more about partnering with the business to drive hiring, talent development, performance management and more complex employee matters.

Job requirements

Who are you?

  • You have a Bachelor/HBO degree and 1-3 years of experience working in a People department or as Office/Admin support

  • You are structured, have excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail

  • You are proactive, not scared to ask for help and a ‘can do’ mentality

  • You are equally comfortable in Dutch and English, and have overall strong communication skills

  • You enjoy working with and helping people and like to coordinate and arrange things

  • You are professional yet casual, fun and flexible!
