We have created a globally accredited and award-winning platform with both 2D and 3D e-learning modules, using augmented reality and virtual reality applications. We have recently launched a workflow support product for the OR, continuing the rollout of new functionalities on our platform. We are the leading go-to platform for and used by thousands of medical professionals worldwide.

Scaling up!

We recently raised our Series A funding and we are scaling up rapidly. To support this growth, strengthen the culture and structure our people processes, we are looking for an experienced Head of People & Organization.

You will take the lead in professionalizing the internal organisation and manage all international People, Operations and Office activities.

In this hands-on role you will work very closely with the Management Team to:

  • Turn our strong culture into something tangible and make it scalable.

  • Take charge in all people-related processes and issues;

  • OKR (goal setting) ownership; coordinating the quarterly OKR process with the MT, ensuring focus and alignment with our mission and annual goals

  • Coordinate all internal communications globally, including monthly company wide all-hands meetings, bi-weekly stand-ups, internal announcements, and employee on-boarding.

  • Act as a sounding board for MT members, and diving into special projects when required to provide objective advice and input.

  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities;

  • Define and implement on-boarding and off-boarding HR processes;

  • Take the lead in structuring and organizing performance reviews;

  • Develop and implement our Talent Learning & Development strategy

  • Drive recruitment, attract and hire top talent aligned with hiring planning

  • Ensure an attractive Employer Brand en Employer branding in collaboration with Marketing

  • Support internal teams with the design and delivery of personal growth opportunities and development plans for all staff;

  • Collaborate with external partners such as Recruitment Agencies;

  • Directly manage the Office Manager;

Job requirements

Are you the one?

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR or related field with around 5 years in a similar role;

  • Previous experience in a fast-growing scaleup environment, knows what scale looks like;

  • Proficient in English, Dutch is a plus;

  • Knowledge about Dutch labour law;

  • Experience with latest HR software;

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, changing and developing environment with changing structures and procedures;

  • Precise, proactive and service-minded;
