What you will do

Our Customer Success team is responsible for everything from implementation and onboarding of new customers, to training and relationship management to ensure optimal usage and retention of our customers.

As Customer Success Manager your primary responsibilities will be around onboarding new hospitals and medical educational institutes to our online learning platform and our on-the-job protocol support application. You will run the projects from initial brief to full delivery with the objective that the targeted users at the customer location are actually using our products in an optimal way. You will align customer needs on all levels in a hospital setting, and execute the project management, which should lead to successful implementations. If you enjoy managing the details of an implementation and establishing and growing relationships with all levels within hospital organisations - from the workfloor to the C-Suite then this role will provide you with plenty of opportunities to do so!

Job requirements

Are you the one?

  • You have 2-5 years of experience implementing projects and deploying to end users - bonus points if this experience is in the healthcare space

  • You get excited about using your project management skills to ensure a successful and on-time roll-out of our solutions across the hospital, including sharing and developing best practices, creative solutions, and working with customers to understand their most pressing business needs

  • You enjoy being in regular contact with customers (both onsite and remotely) and are flexible to travel by car to hospitals in The Netherlands and Belgium (and occasionally to UK, US or Asia)

  • You are self-motivated and seek out opportunities to grow the usage of our solution to help customers get the most value to drive efficiency

  • You are enthusiastic about education and you get excited about innovation in healthcare

  • You have a creative mind, are flexible and willing to learn new skills

  • You are detail-oriented with a passion for precision and delivering quality

  • You are a strong communicator and have outstanding Dutch and English verbal and written communication skills
