Customer Consultant - MEA region

Job description

To facilitate further growth of Incision's MEA team, we are looking to hire 3 Junior Customer Consultants who will provide ongoing engagement for our customers and network with them. The candidate should be able to contribute to building relationships and implementing new programs that will optimize our presence with the targeted accounts and institutions.
You will have impeccable relationship skills and create win/win environments for all parties with whom you work and be responsible for providing excellent customer service experience and helping customers achieve their desired goals. You will also work closely with other employees to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner. You will directly report to the
Head of Customer Success.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own overall relationship with assigned accounts and customers
  • Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned accounts and customers
  • Identify the critical success factors and key decision-makers for assigned accounts
  • Meet customers to ensure follow-up and training programs implementation\
  • Conduct training sessions to make sure that our customers are onboarded and running smoothly with our website
  • Report all the activities with customers
  • Understand and solve customers’ issues that may arise
  • Report customers’ feedback for promoting value through customer experience
  • Help renew the contracts

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical Sciences)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customers satisfaction
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships
  • Fluent in verbal and written English (is a must)
  • Microsoft Office skills
