For the expansion of Incision’s commercial activities to the US, we are looking for an Account Executive to support our international growth amongst (academic and teaching) hospitals and nursing colleges. This sales position involves prospecting, supported by a digitized funnel process, developing and closing contracts in the US market.
The role requires an entrepreneurial, ‘can do’, and ‘hands-on’ mentality. You will be developing and growing with us!
You will drive sales efforts and ‘go-to-market’ plans for the US
You will set, own and deliver sales by making volume and velocity targets
You will contribute to and develop expansion plans for existing customers
This position is located in Amsterdam with about 30% traveling to the US for events and potential customer meetings.
What you will bring & learn
A minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience, ideally in the hospital/health/medical device sector
Native (US) English speaker and preferably experience working in the US market
Great interpersonal skills, team player, and able to collaborate with an international team (a.o. Marketing, Product, Medical, Customer Success, Sales & Customer Support)
Results-oriented with good analytical skills, able to work with CRM systems
Drive to excel in a scale-up environment, self-motivated and resilient
Eagerness to learn and develop rapidly in an inspiring highly energetic team of healthcare entrepreneurs and medical/surgical professionals
Posses a high level of resilience, grit and courage
